Our VISION & MISSION
Daybreak Academy (registered Ref.12068 since 14 February 2011) is a Resource Center ministering for the Love & Unity within the Global Church by developing Member Care and facilitating Ministry Collaboration for the well-being of Christians involved in ministry, missions & clergy

Who we are

We are servants of Christ who want to see tangible Love and Unity in our local communities and in the Global Body of Christ, to see “heaven on earth”, to see every member is fulfilling their part in the Great Commission and being cared for, encouraged and linked so that others will be attracted to and join God’s Family.

We are trained and certified in Counselling, Coaching, Ethnical Reconciliation, and Networks facilitation. We are cross-cultural, cross-denominational and cross-generational team with vast experiences.

Our MOTIVATION

We were moved to discover that researches show that a lack of caring and strong links (communication) among members of the Body of Christ is one of the main reasons why people leave the church or missionaries/ministers leave the field.

We are motivated by:

  • JESUS’ PRAYER (John 17: 20-26)
  • LOVE (Mark 12:29-31, 1 Corinthians 13)
  • UNITY (Ephesians 4, Ecclesiastes 4: 12)
  • Our COMMISSION (Mathew 28: 18-20)
  • Our call to SHARE & CARE for ONE ANOTHER (Acts 4: 32-35)

CARE | SUPPORT

Caring for and supporting Christians (ministers and missionaries) and their communities to develop their own Member Caring & Linking ministry according to their context & culture.

We intentionally build relationship with Christian communities and support them by facilitating/proposing to them our Member Caring & Linking tools/resources and encouraging them to appoint Inreach resource servants to care for, encourage & link the members of the Body of Christ.

Encouraging and developing Interdependency (Acts 4: 32) among Christians worldwide and across denominations.

We train and equip Inreach resource servants in Christian communities to develop their Member Caring & Linking ministry.

We facilitate training and workshops according to the needs of Christians involved in ministry, missions and clergy.

Linking and connecting Christians, churches and organisations who face the same challenges or who have the same functions to serve together across denominations, thus facilitating networks and partnerships (John 17: 21) to be more efficient in their respective ministries and callings.

We intentionally look for Inreach resource servants around the world to develop this ministry by connecting the connectors for the Global Body of Christ for more collaborative actions.

LET THE BODY OF CHRIST BE THE LIGHT UNTO THE WORLD

OUR BELIEF

  1. We believe in one God, ⁠the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, ⁠of all that is, seen and unseen.

  2. We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, ⁠eternally begotten of the Father, ⁠God from God, Light from Light, ⁠true God from true God, begotten, not made, ⁠of one Being with the Father. Through him all things were made. ⁠For us and for our salvation, he came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit, he became incarnate from the Virgin Mary, and was made man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered death and was buried. On the third day he rose again
    ⁠⁠in accordance with the Scriptures; he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end.

  3. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, ⁠who proceeds from the Father and the Son. ⁠With the Father and the Son he is worshiped and glorified. He has spoken through the Prophets.

  4. We believe in one holy Christian and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.  We look for the resurrection of the dead,  and the life of the world to come.

  5. We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, who comprise the Church, the Body of Christ.
